PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (FSTJ) and State Logistics Agency (Bulog) held medium-quality rice operation at Cipinang Rice Central Market (PIBC), East Jakarta.

In this operation, he continued, premium-quality rice price will be sold Rp 8,500 per kilogram at Cipinang Rice Central Market. While in other market it will be sold Rp 9,000 per kilogram. Rice which is distributed to markets is received from Bulog DKI Jakarta-Banten Regional Division's warehouse.
"Not only PD. Pasar Jaya, but rice price changing will be also monitored by Bank Indonesia Representative in Jakarta, Trade Ministry, and Police's Food Unit," he informed.
His side also cooperated with PD. Pasar Jaya to ensure rice in market operation, including traditional markets, is sold in affordable price. Later, rice stock will be added for next market operation.
"Starting next week, we will add 5,000-6,000 tons per week if all verification are completed. Currently rice stock is safe," he conveyed.
